Procedures:
Implant exchange with a breast lift. Removal of intact 400cc Mentor smooth, round, silicone implants using bilateral lateral and inferior sutures, plus a vertical incision breast lift with IMF wedge and re-augmentation with 210 cc smooth, round, submuscular, saline implants.
